What does a CX3 class consist of ?:

Class is 45 minutes straight with NO BREAKS. Don't let that scare you.  You start off by giving as much as you can, when you feel you cant do something we do NOT force anything out of you, but we will sure try to push it.

We keep a very safe class that if you are NOT feeling well or dizzy, we will have one of our staff look you over, hydrate you and let you back into class when you feel you are ready.  Remember if you don't FEEL your workout on day 2 then you are doing nothing really beneficial for yourself. 

The Workout:

Cx3 is like NO OTHER PROGRAM out there.  How can that be? Well its a secret.  You have to take it to see it.

Stretching and Warm Up

Stretching Warms the muscles up, and gets blood flowing which oxygenates the blood, and lubricates the joints.

Punching and Kicking
All punches are basic and brought into combination's and variations of intensity.

Upperbody
All Exercise will works your shoulders, chest, triceps, biceps, giving you a toner look and defined physique.

Mid Body
Abs and obliques and your inner core are the focus.

Lowerbody
We can really burn the calories once the legs are involved, a variety of moves and techniques will be used to fatigue the areas. Deals with the Glute's, Quads, Hamstrings and Calves.

Complete Body Burn Up
You will do a variety of movements and techniques used in several martial arts, and cardio programs like the P90x, and so on.  This is the Burn Out Period.

Cool Down
While still in exercise mode we slow the pace down to burn out slowly dealing with core stretching with the one body complete exercise.  Specific to CX3.

Common Questions:

How often should attend CX3?  You’ll be hooked on CX3 – but don’t overdo it! For best results, try and do a class two or three times a week.

How fit do I need to be?
CX3™ is for everyone with moderate fitness levels. Because the moves are simple, you do not need to be especially well fit, the object of this class is to get you fit.

What do I need to bring?
YOURSELF! We supply the drinks, you can ring a towel for after class, and if necessary a change of clothing.

Will CX3™ help me in self-defense?
CX3™ is a non-contact fitness program, not a self-defense course – after class we dedicate the time since the movements are 90% geared towards self defense, we pick a couple out and demonstrate on how they can be done or when should be done in a violent situation.

What will CX3™ do for me?
CX3™ is a highly energetic cardiovascular/Muscular workout that:
