CX3 Cardio Combat Conditioning- is a non-contact, martial arts-based/Military Boot Camp fitness program with moves drawn from the new P90X, Karate, Kung Fu, and V-Force Scientific Fighting Concepts. The moves are simple and you do not need to be especially well-coordinated. This class provides an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers ultra-fast fitness results. CX3 is for everyone with moderate fitness levels.   So you are taking self defense classes while strengthening, toning your entire body.

 

Each class develops core strength as well as cardiovascular and muscular health.  In this process of each routine/workout, you will be releasing into your body free radicals and lactic acid that are harmful to your body.
